Ordering terms

The product

Maseed Grade 1 Golden Sella Rice is sold in 10kg bags. Product information and photographs are provided to help you order; minor packaging variations do not change the rice supplied.

Orders and prices

Your postcode determines the delivery minimum. The final total is shown for review before you place an online order. Card, bank transfer, invoice and cash-on-delivery options carry the same order total. An order is accepted when Maseed Rice confirms it and its delivery arrangement.

Payment

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Bank-transfer and invoice orders must be paid before delivery. Cash-on-delivery orders are payable to the driver. An unpaid order may be held or cancelled after we contact you.

Delivery

A date selected during checkout is a preference, not a guaranteed slot. We will confirm the final date or contact you to arrange an alternative.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and ensure someone can safely receive the order at the confirmed time.

Problems

Contact us promptly if an order is missing, damaged or incorrect. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
