Maseed Rice LTD is responsible for the personal information used to operate this website and fulfil rice orders.

What we collect

We collect the account, contact, delivery, order and payment-status information needed to provide the service. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by Maseed Rice.

How we use it

We use this information to validate delivery eligibility, calculate and fulfil orders, take or reconcile payment, send service messages, prevent fraud, keep accounting records and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Information may be processed by Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Stripe for card payments, Resend for email, Railway for application hosting and Postcodes.io for postcode validation. Each receives only the information needed for its role.

Retention and your rights

We retain information only as long as needed for orders, support, security and legal or accounting obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible information, or object to certain uses, by emailing Hmaseed1@gmail.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
